Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team right now! Come find your purpose while you make valuable, rewarding impacts in the lives of the individuals we serve.

As a Business Analyst for programs, you will collect and analyze data from various systems and tools to prepare reports, including monthly management dashboards, external reports and an annual review of program outcomes; present reports to program leadership to recognize achievements and identify areas of improvement for each program, and be responsible for monitoring progress and completion of tasks associated with program quality improvement plans. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Analyst, you will assist with identifying business and system requirements needed for reporting, and support program staff to ensure accurate data entry and program outcome data.

Qualifications: BS/BA in a business-related field, three (3)+ years’ experience preferred in data analysis and business intelligence reporting. Demonstration of strong written, visual and verbal communications is required. Project management and/or training experience would be a plus. Candidates local to the Manchester, NH area preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift, full-time.

Compensation: 50,000 annually
