Summary:
The Commercial Operations Analyst (Service) is a key part of the operations team that ensures FUJIFILM Sonosite is operationally and commercially successful. This role will be critical in measuring Ultrasound system failures, post-sale service events, Customer Installed Base assets and warranty contracts through analysis and process improvements. The Operations Analyst will also play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and take a lead role in determining how data should be structured and maintained to achieve our objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting on Ultrasound System failures found in manufacturing processes and as reported by internal Service teams and Customers.
- Producing various Service KPI's such as turn-around times, call rates, complaints and out-of-box failures.
- Provide escalation reporting on service requests that do not meet the definition of a customer complaint.
- Collect and organize data from our online service portal and create dashboards for monitoring customer behavior and issues.
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting on metrics around Customer Installed Base assets.
- Responsible for analyzing and measuring the value and status of warranty contracts.
- Leading end-to-end process improvements to ensure Installed Base records maintain data integrity through-out the life cycle.
- Assisting in the identification and correction of inaccuracies in our Installed Base.
- Responsible for ensuring Sales team Installed Base audit results are validated and updated in source systems.
- Identifying Service department business process improvements to ensure data capture is complete, accurate and reportable for all System and Customer activities.
- Obtaining a thorough understanding of the applications and business processes that produce the data being reported on.
- Conceptualize, develop and maintain all Operatoins reports in Tableau.
- Ensure data integrity through monitoring and helping to define reporting structures, including primary responsibility for Installed Base data.
- Work cross functionally with other departments and teams including Sales, Operations, Service, Quality and Engineering.
- Strong customer focus, the ability to manage complexity, the capability to be resourceful and a continuous learner.
- Other projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related fields.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in analytics with a focus on sales, operations, quality or business operations.
- Experience designing, developing and scripting reports & dashboards in Tableau.
- Experience designing or contributing to business process improvements as it relates to data quality.
- A knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, workflow and reporting.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience managing projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for field teams that result in a business decision or action.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consultative background preferred.
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills.
- Process-oriented, accountable and trustworthy.
- An analytical thinker; understand business at a higher-level while being able to prioritize projects and deliver excellent results in a timely basis.
- Highly organized with the ability to assess requests, establish deliverable timelines and consistently meet your deadlines.
- Excellent Power Point and Excel skills to both analyze financial numbers and present results via PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs with or without accommodations.
Salary and Benefits:
- $57,000 - $80,000 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity
