Summary:
A prestigious and dynamic plaintiff law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 13 years of litigation experience to join our Lemon Law Department. The Firm is one of Los Angeless fastestgrowing law firms specializing in claims under the SongBeverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Lemon Law). We are looking for enthusiastic candidates eager to take ownership of his/her own cases and who is not afraid of going to trial. Unlike other firms we pride ourselves on taking our cases from up and through to trial if necessary.
This is an onsite role at the corporate office in Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters.
Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
Handle court appearances and hearings when necessary.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 13 years of litigation experience any practice area is acceptable
Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
Excellent research writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented and highly organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Techsavvy with proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Benefits & Compensation:
Base Salary of $100k $150k (DOE)
Bonus pay up to $2400 per month if billables are met
Annual Bonus Discresinary $500 mininum is guranteed
