**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in properties
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout real estate transactions
- Stay abreast of current real estate trends and property values through market research
- Showcase properties to potential buyers
- Skillfully negotiate contracts and lease agreements
- Present offers to clients and facilitate negotiations
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Ensure adherence to fair housing regulations
- Collaborate with industry professionals like mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys

**Qualifications:**
- Willingness to complete real estate courses and state licensing exam
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster client relationships
- Ability to handle administrative tasks associated with real estate transactions or delegate them effectively
- Eagerness to expand knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, supported by our Trainers and Mentors
