Industrial Sales Representative - Southwest US
Qualified candidates possess a high level of personal achievement. An independent, self-motivated drive that propels successful tendencies. A desire to build a reputable identity within the Bizerba Group, and the respective region. Ability to understand and promote a range of product offerings.
Ideally, candidate will be located in and around Southern California. Covering the regions of Arizona, Southern Nevada and Southern California.
Job Requirements: - Sales
- Promote, maintain, & increase sales of Equipment, Labels & Consumables
- Prospecting & Lead generation, a Self-Starter
- While Bizerba supports lead generation through various channels, candidates will build their territory through individual means of prospecting new opportunities.
- Approach opportunities through the understanding of Customer needs and requirements, objectively seeking solution based prospects where Bizerba product offerings are useful.
- Maintaining up to date product information, ability to address and answer solutions within a given product line.
- Build and solidify existing and new business opportunities, forming professional relationships within the given region. Positive relationship development is vital to sustainable growth.
- Expected travel up to 80%
- Ability to close sales efficiently and effectively
Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- Strong experience background in territory management, with proven account and revenue growth
- Customer service background, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly productive working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point. Including experience in CRM related programs
- Strong time management, organization, negotiation, and consultative skills
- Positivity, optimism, confidence, effective work ethic
- Product knowledge - ability to learn and understand all product offerings.
- Strategic prospecting - capable of scheduling targeted market potential.
- Strong relationship building and communication expertise.
- Comprehensive listening, focused on customer service through understanding client desires
- Effective time management - prioritizing lead and opportunity potentials, and management directives.
- Independent and self-motivated. Managing multiple projects, to completion.
- After sale management, maintaining a sounds relationship post-sale opportunity.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both external customers and internal resources
- Ability to close sales efficiently and effectively
