Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Full - Time, Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for an individual who is able to work Second-Shift .

Shift Hours: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm

Scheduled Days: At least 5 days a week, flexing between first and second shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
