What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cash Manager to join our ever-evolving accounting department. This candidate should have proven experience in an accounting or finance-related field of work.

Job Duties

• Daily monitor and control the flow of cash coming into and going out of the Organization, helping to ensure accuracy and that business needs are met
• Reconcile bank account balance weekly and for monthly close
• Monitor and manage daily cash receipts, CIMA transactions, vault balance, armored car service and the Accounts Payable function
• Project/forecast cash flow weekly to ensure management requirements are met
• Maintain records for Bank accounts and related Bank activities
• Establish and maintain cash movement policies, procedures, and controls
• Monitor and resolve all pressing issues for the Banks
• Coordinate cash movements between entities and urgent cash needs
• Prepare and deliver daily cash reports
• Analyze cash management processes and recommend solutions for better managing and controlling Cash activities
• Prepare ad-hoc reports
• Pull necessary Bank information as needed
• Support and provide audit requests

Qualifications & Requirements

• BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Certified Treasury Professional certification preferred, but not required
• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Treasury or Cash Analyst in Company with multiple subsidiaries and Bank accounts
• High integrity, solid work ethic and exceptionally detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment and meet close deadlines.
