Job Title: Java/UI
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6 / 12 Month
Work Type: Onsite
Rate: Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
4+ years' experience as a front-end (UI/UX) designer and developer
Develop solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design and Agile/DevOps practices
3+ Years in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6
Proficient in industry tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in creating wireframes and taxonomies
Proficient in creating Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies
Proficient in creating Labeling of information
Knowledge of responsive design and
Solid grasp of CI/CD pipeline and associated tooling
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in React JS or Angular / Angular JS and any CMS will be a plus
Good to have:
Backend expertise with Node.js, Express and SQL/NoSQL databases
Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3, InfoVis etc.)
Hands-on with code productionizing, performance optimization and performing deployments (eg. using Webpack, Parcel, etc.)
Experience in Cloud and UI server less framework (Amplify, Firebase, Azure Web Apps)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal product teams to understand their expectations and requirements
Provide functional/non-functional, design, and code reviews
Identify and evolve common tools stack, design and develop reusable frameworks / components with an aim to standardize and accelerate user interface development across various user interface development."
