AppleCare Digital creates alluring digital content and experiences to help people get the most out of their Apple products. We make it easy for everyone to learn about, use and maintain all of their Apple software and hardware.
We’re looking for an experienced Content Strategist to lead our cross channel video strategy within AppleCare Digital. In this role, you’ll ideate and drive engaging support-focused video content on Apple’s social media and on-domain channels. You’ll partner closely with product and channel stakeholders to ensure that video topics are timely, relevant, and prioritized to meet customer needs and AppleCare Digital goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, is organized and self motivated, and can prioritize multiple projects on tight a timeline. You can influence without control, speak clearly to a content strategy, and advocate while maintaining positive relationships. You’re passionate about Apple, our customers, and offering a best in class support experience.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years experience working in digital content creation and/or management
- Deep understanding of all social platforms, limitations, and social media best practices
- Ability to deliver new content ideas based on data, platform trends and new opportunities
- Navigate the creative process and lead group content development sessions
- Knowledge of evolving technologies and the impact on content
- Ability to thrive in high pressure environments and adapt to ever-changing deadlines.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving consensus
Description
In this role, you’ll ideate and lead video and static content strategy for @AppleSupport social handles and on-domain content. You’ll partner closely with product and channel stakeholders to ensure that video topics are timely, relevant, and prioritized to meet customer needs and AppleCare Digital goals. Additional responsibilities will include the following:
Analyze key metrics to make decisions and drive future content platform requirements and processes.
Connect with high-level stakeholders across Apple — including Product Marketing, Public Relations, Engineering, and Legal — to develop content, navigate feedback, and drive the strategy of both the content platforms and the Apple products represented.
Partner with your teammates and other AppleCare partners to build roadmaps and requirements for tool and system development.
Own content publishing, editorial calendars, and video libraries for social and on-domain platforms.
You have strong attention to detail, are organized and self motivated, and can prioritize multiple projects on tight a timeline. Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required, Masters Preferred

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
