Hybrid - 2x per week in Mason, OH

Temp Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to support a WAN upgrade initiative across our retail store network. This is a dynamic and hands-on role serving as the central point of contact for the business and driving the project forward to successful completion. As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage coordination between the business, host partners, vendors, and technology teams, ensure compliance, and communicate project status and escalate issues accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

o Maintain the project plan, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.

o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technology teams, vendors, corporate teams, host leaders, field leaders, and store associates.

o Track progress, identify and manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

o Conduct regular meetings, prepare and deliver status reports, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.

o Support daily implementation activities as scheduled.

• Technical Knowledge:

o Strong understanding of WAN technologies, network infrastructure, and security protocols.

o Collaborate with technical teams to understand technical requirements, scope, and solutions for the WAN upgrade.

o Provide guidance and support to field teams during the implementation process as needed.

• Compliance & Standards:

o Ensure all project activities comply with host related standards and company policies,

o Implement and maintain proper documentation and quality control procedures.

o Conduct pre-installation surveys and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.

• Communication & Representation:

o Primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and issues.

o Proactively identify and manage stakeholder expectations.

o Represent the business interests during vendor interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing complex IT projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of WAN technologies, network infrastructure, and security principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Additional Information:

o Travel may be required to support store deployments.

o Hybrid role; 2 days per week in office

o Retail experience preferred.

o SmartSheet experience preferred.
