Job description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to join our household team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with responsibilities ranging from household management to family support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule and coordinate appointments and commitments
- Drop off and pick up kids from school and extracurricular activities
- Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation, including planning and cooking family dinners
- Plan and organize family activities and outings
- Perform light cleaning and organization tasks to maintain a tidy household
- Provide additional support and assistance with various tasks as needed
- Implementing a household budget
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a family environment and interacting with children
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record are mandatory. A valid driver's license is required
