Job description

What you need:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Licensed in California
- 6+ years of experience
- 3+ years in supervising role
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of various building types
- Able to manage and mentor design talent
- Ability to develop and communicate ideas clearly
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Ability to run multiple projects
- Fluency with Sketch-up, Grasshopper, Revit, Rhino and Endscape
- Ability to participate in Business Development/promoting the company
Benefits - Salary of $85,000 - $105,000 (not a hard cap)
