Responsibilities
- Perform lube, oil and filter changes.
- Complete multi-point inspection form.
- Check fluids, filters, belts, hoses, lights, and wipers, test battery, inspect tires and brakes.
- Report all necessary repairs to service advisor.
- Vacuum floor and clean windshield.
- Top off fluids.
- Reset maintenance reminder and replace reminder sticker.
- Clean shop
- Assist other technicians as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Attendance: This position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
- Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
