We are currently looking for Building Maintenance to join our team!
This employee will be responsible for but not limited to:
Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.
Key Accountabilities :
- Maintain HVAC system.
- Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
- Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
- Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
- Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
- Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
- Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
- Answer security/alarm calls as needed.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Wages at $21.50 per hour with an annual increase.
- Work schedules: First Shift
- Monday –; Friday 7am –; 330pm (Hours may vairy depending on business needs)
- Eligible for production and attendance bonuses
- Weekly pay available
- Overtime available based on customer volume

WHAT WE SEEK:
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Previous Building Maintenance experience Preferred

Required Education and Experience :
- 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
