Position Summary:
The Retail Support Specialist is a vital member of the Retail Team, responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to our Retail Operations, particularly our Convenience Stores. This position is responsible for helping enable and ensure the smooth functioning of our Convenience Stores and Retail Operations by helping address operational challenges, providing technical assistance and providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsible to role model our Core Values.

Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely processes daily End of Day store and restaurant transactions.
- Responsible for processing ACH’s payments
- Assist AP department on processing of invoices
- Maintain cash spreadsheet
- Responsible for posting Store House Accounts/Gift Certificates and billing at end of month
- Responsible for accurate balancing of weekly lottery reports for all locations.
- Participates in occasional store visits to learn process and procedures of existing retail operations.
- Responsible for effectively processing all month end closing responsibilities accurately and timely.
- Supports rebate programs and is responsible for accurately posting all rebates.
- Functions as back-up administrator for the Loyalty Program.
- Assists with reporting on store sales, trends and data and to provide to the Retail Leadership.
- Maintain email correspondence and respond in a timely manner.
- Maintain the backup store data in an organized manner and prepare for storage
- Assist with other projects as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Additional business-related education or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in the convenience store industry, preferably in a support or operations role.
