As they continue to grow, they are excited to introduce a new role to the team – Partner Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maximizing our relationships with technology partners. Your main objectives will include:
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for our technology partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maximizing Co-Marketing Opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team and technology partners to identify and execute co-marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Budget Management: Work closely with partners to maximize co-marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of marketing dollars to achieve mutual objectives.
- Lead Flow Management: Ensure a consistent and fruitful flow of leads from our partners, optimizing the conversion of leads into valuable opportunities for the sales team.
- Campaign Management: Work collaboratively with our partners and our internal teams to create and manage campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Partner Requirements: Collaborate with partners to understand and meet their specific marketing and business requirements, aligning our strategies to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Partner Prioritization: Work with our Sales and Service leadership teams to collaboratively evaluate and prioritize potential partners based on strategic alignment and business impact.
- Information Conduit: Act as a bridge of information between partners and our internal sales, service, and marketing teams, ensuring that all relevant details are communicated effectively to facilitate successful collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, including distribution and Value-Added Reseller business model.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize co-marketing efforts.
- Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize partners based on business impact.
- Results-driven with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
