Job description
Position Overview: We are looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. This experienced attorney will provide legal advice to clients about family law matters, including divorce, marriage and other related topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and adoption.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft and review legal documents related to family law matters.
- Research applicable laws and regulations.
- Negotiate with opposing attorneys, judges, and other parties to secure beneficial outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- License to practice law in Arizona
- At least 1 years of experience practicing family law.
- Knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court procedures.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
