Your role will be pivotal in fostering team collaboration, enhancing productivity, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Your Impact:
Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as a subject matter authority for the team, providing answers and guidance.
Elevate Customer Support: Manage escalated customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email, ensuring a seamless experience.
Enhance Our Help Center: Contribute ideas and improvements to make our help resources more effective.
Spot Trends & Innovate: Identify patterns within the team's operations and suggest actionable insights to leadership.
Balance & Lead: Spend about half your time on direct team duties, leading by example and championing efficiency and quality.
You'll immerse yourself in all aspects of our department's operations, becoming a key resource for both the team and leadership. Your insights will drive improvements in systems and workflows, enhancing overall efficiency. Your role also includes resolving complex customer issues, trend analysis, process optimization, and occasionally contributing to coaching, training, and recruitment efforts.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years in a contact center or customer support role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for the fine details.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
Composure: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Analytical Mind: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Organizational Skills: Top-notch organizational and multitasking skills.
