If you are an Estimator with commercial construction experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing
- Assemble bidders list, coordinate pre-bid meetings, bid review meetings, and track job costs
- Submit accurate and timely project proposals and bids for commercial construction opportunities
- Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and other bid documents
- Prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
- Analyze project costs, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance construction project profitability
- Create labor estimates for various projects
- 3+ years experience in commercial construction estimating
- Working knowledge of estimating software programs
- General Contracting experience (Plus)
