Revenue Integrity Analyst Overview
The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance for assigned region’s reimbursement entitlement.
Revenue Integrity Analyst Responsibilities and Duties
• Process claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicaid/insurance company guidelines.
• Responsible for insurance claim denials and appeals, working to resolve issues and maximize reimbursement.
• Process required adjustments.
• Stay up to date with insurance company policies, guidelines, and regulations to ensure billing compliance.
• Participate in Triple Check meeting for assigned facilities.
• Prepare & participate in scheduled reviews.
Revenue Integrity Analyst Qualifications
• Prior SNF billing experience required
Prior PCC experience highly preferred
2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable/collections/customer service/or account management.
• Significant knowledge of federal and state billing regulations for Long-Term Care.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong computer and software (Microsoft Office) skills.
• Experience with Point Click Care.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in regulation and company policy and procedures.
