Job description

A National Alarm and Security Service company has openings for Dispatch Specialists at their Bellaire office location.

Requirements and Duties

- 2 Years of Dispatch experience
- White Glove Customer Service experience
- GED or Associates Degree
- Great communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- This role will include problem solving and solution finding
- Experience communicating with first responders is highly desired
- The ideal candidate will have exposure to communicating with high value/platinum level clients

Must be able to pass a background and drug test
