Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our clients in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and technical support requests from internal staff and external clients.
Provide remote support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, or chat to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems according to company policies and procedures.
Document and track all support tickets and service requests in the company's ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors as needed, following established escalation procedures.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices to enhance their technical proficiency and productivity.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT help desk or customer service environment.
