Job description
Our client is seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and be committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent health care for patients
• Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
• Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals
• Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
• Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
• Address pain management as a crucial component of care
• Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies
• Write timely and accurate documentation
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
• Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
• Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
Schedule and Shift Details
• Clinic Hours M_F 7 AM - 7 PM, Schedule flexible within hours of operation
Qualifications Required - Master's degree or higher
- Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) certification/license
