How you’ll contribute:
- Lead established existing corporate client relationships and assist with other firm individual family relationships
- Be enthusiastic in personally creating new client relationships
- Become the client’s relationship manager from the ROLWP Team!
- You will serve as a Corporate/Retirement Plan client’s trusted advisor who will create financial strategies that may involve developing/implementing their investment plan strategies, fiduciary process, and designing effective employee communication and education. We are the clients’ change agents!
- Prepare, share, and advise clients on a broad array of retirement plan issues and concerns, including Department of Labor and ERISA changes that can impact client plan management
- Strategize with the management team to develop innovative methods of growing our firm through client acquisition and creating firm efficiencies that are effective in an ever-changing wealth management industry
- Maintain and develop relationship with centers of influence and financial wholesalers
What you’ll need to bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance or accounting
- 3 years or more experience advising corporate retirement clients
- AIF Designation
- Series 7, 66 license and Insurance License or one will need to be acquired shortly after hire
- CRPS, CFP, CPA or master’s in taxation is a major plus
- Understanding of CEFEX certification as ROLWP is certified
- Documented track record with clients
- Experience with multi-vendor/custodian systems and tools
- Ability and desire to build new client relationships through ongoing business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
