We are looking for a passionate team member committed to serving others to join our team as an Institutional Retirement Distribution & Client Engagement Insights Analyst . Our continued growth and ongoing commitment to providing a high tech/high touch experience requires a strategic thinker who is adept at relationship building, problem solving, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and continued growth. This position consistently requires strong Tableau & Microsoft Excel skills to consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for our Retirement Plan Services’ Institutional Retirement Distribution & Client Engagement team.
As an Insights Analyst, you will have a large role in identifying insights and managing reporting for senior leadership and ultimately making a meaningful impact in the lives of others through selfless service. Pay Range: $67,000 - $120,700
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
