Job Location: Flushing, NY
Job Salary: $70k-$100k+ DOE
Requirements: 3+ years of construction estimating, 2+ years with architectural metal and glass

What You Will Be Doing

- Generate accurate takeoffs used for generating budgetary and bid proposals
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Request quotes and pricing from third-party vendors
- Determine material and labor costs
- Communicate with GCs, architects, and external vendors
- Attended pre-award and descope meetings
- Oversee bid board and bid schedule
- Write and submit detailed bid proposals and/or leveling sheets

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- 2+ years of experience with architectural metal and glass
- Experience with Bluebeam, MS Excel
