responsibilities:
- Contribute to the comprehensive development of Downhole Electronic Assemblies, encompassing high-sensitivity sensors, actuators, motor controls, power supplies, and signal digitalization.
- Employ IDE Software for firmware development on microcontrollers.
- Provide recommendations and steer component selection processes.
- Thoroughly document technical data generated, ensuring alignment with engineering policies and protocols.
- Serve as an independent technical resource and point of contact for support when necessary.
- Craft test procedures and reports.
- Execute setup and perform testing on electronic components and assemblies, spanning circuit board assemblies, wire routing, sensor installations, integration with mechanical systems, data collection, and configuring environmental chambers.
- Engage in project team meetings, design reviews, and all facets linked to new product development.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements-
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Electronics Development, including practical testing involvement with Electronics Assemblies.
- Profound understanding of C/C++/Assembly Languages, Control Theory, Analog and Digital Electronics, Communication Theories, Data Processing, and Digital Filters.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Embedded Systems Development with Firmware Programming for Mixed Signal Circuits, encompassing Data Acquisitions, Motor Control, Digital Signal Processing, Communication Standards, and Protocols.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Electronics Prototype Construction and Testing, including Test Setup and Rig Down, along with adeptness with various test equipment.
- Proficiency in Circuit Board Assemblies, Wire Routing, Sensor Installations, Integrations with Mechanical Systems, Data Collections, and Environmental Chamber Configurations.
