NFI North is seeking a Nurse Coordinator (RN) for our Pathways Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. We are looking for a person who has excellent management and leadership abilities to make a difference! This 16- bed program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team. Responsibilities: Responsible for overall planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care of program participants. Additionally, provides direct oversight/support to all five THS sites located statewide while supervising those RN’s. Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, nursing assessment of program participants, medical documentation and record keeping, medication administration and responsibility for program medical supplies. Must become trained as a “Nurse Trainer”. This position has on-call responsibilities. Qualifications: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, university or nursing school and hold a registered nursing (RN) license within the State of New Hampshire. Preference given to those having experience with the program population and experience providing staff supervision.
