Job description
Have you ever wondered what development tools professional software engineers use and who develops those tools? Do you want to learn how a line of code becomes software? Do you want to help other developers improve their productivity? Our Build team supports other software developers across Zoox work in a flow state by optimizing their edit-build-test loop. Your future team is responsible for maintaining the build process for our fast-growing, safety-critical, autonomous vehicle software. As our intern, you will work under the guidance of a more senior engineer, implementing feature requests to enhance the development experience of other software developers across Zoox and altogether positively impact our company's ability to impact.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.

Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
