Job Description

The opportunity for this HR Analyst role will primarily be their responsibility for continuous improvement in system optimization and training for the HR Americas team.

Reporting into the Regional HR Manager-Americas, this person will ensure accuracy of records in Microsoft dynamics HRIS and ADP Workforce now, while following best compliance practices.

Partnering with key stakeholders on our Global team, this role has the opportunity to create relationships and liaise with HR managers and Payroll administrators for process improvement within Rotork.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field or comparable experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years’ experience working with a HRIS and system optimization (ADP reporting) preferred.
• Project management and continuous improvement mindset (certification and training obtained) preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Ability to read and interpret legislation, effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of and exposure to a range of human resources activities.
• Obtain strong ethics and the ability to handle sensitive or private information with tact and discretion.
• High level understanding of reconciliation of payroll reporting, health benefit and 401K plans deductions.
