**About You:**

**Position Summary:**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strategic relationships? Anchor Loans is seeking Account Executives with a proven track record of generating $5 million or more in monthly origination volume within the fix/flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing sectors. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving loan production goals by fostering ongoing business relationships with real estate investors across the United States. Expect a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound sales activities, coupled with travel to conferences and client meetings. Collaborating closely with sales and operations teams, you'll support customers throughout the loan cycle, from lead generation to closing.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Identify and cultivate new lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners.
- Drive sales efforts and strengthen relationships with investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client database and facilitate effective customer relationship management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and engage with customers through regular outreach.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand networks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly loan volume goals.
- Assist borrowers with loan application process and documentation collection.
- Monitor loan pipeline and address any potential issues proactively.
- Enhance brand visibility through blog postings, online marketing, and social media engagement.
- Foster partnerships with internal departments to streamline loan processing and resolve challenges.

**Essential Job Requirements:**

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business purpose lending.
- Proven ability to bring 10+ customer relationships to build a book of business.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NMLS license required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
