Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with functional users to understand and refine requirements, analyze business needs, and devise optimal solutions. You'll be responsible for creating functional and programming specifications, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring seamless go-live and post-go-live activities. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to end users, collaborating closely with various business functions and the IT organization to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and execution plans to meet FICO-related requirements.
- Provide support for GL and other financial master data functions.
- Evaluate tools, resources, and system requirements for effective execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to gather and refine requirements.
- Create functional and programming specifications.
- Facilitate communication of specifications to programmers.
- Design and implement test scripts.
- Support business owner acceptance testing.
- Plan and coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to support existing applications.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Education, Certification, and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience on the SAP platform, with at least three years focused on the FICO analyst role.
- Proficiency in utilizing SAP Project Systems (PS) for project management.
- Working knowledge of programming and/or debugging skills preferred.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Travel:
Travel requirements are minimal, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel expected, including potential out-of-country travel once a year.
