Job description
Kforce is seeking a full-time Senior Service Designer to support our enterprise technology client based in Round Rock, TX.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Service Designer, you live at the intersection of people, process, technology, and design
- Actively partner with Product and Engineering teams on the best way to optimize internal processes for the most efficient and effective end-to-end user experience and achieve business goals
- Cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth
- Play the role of a player-coach for your design team
- Conduct in-depth immersive design research to determine full dynamics of a user culture and environment
- Conduct evaluative and comparative studies to bring unique and innovative solutions
- Analyze and synthesize service level data
- Senior Service Designer will determine pain points and opportunities
- Develop hypothesis followed by the design and execution of tests (working with the research team) to evaluate overall service improvement ideas
- Conduct collaborative design sessions across multi-disciplinary teams
- Design and coordinate evaluative research working with research partners to determine usability and effectiveness of solutions
- Create impactful presentations that demonstrate overall vision of the service
- Daily pairing with researchers, engineers, product owners, and business partners
