Responsibilities
The position is responsible for assisting the finance department staff with customer service and administrative duties in the automotive dealership. The purpose of this entry-level position is to perform tasks that will enable the sales/finance process to become faster.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with loan officers, clients, banks and leasing companies.
- Edit loan documents for errors and corrections proper to approval.
- Upload loan paperwork into DealerTrack & Route One reporting systems for funding & approval.
- Assist banks & leasing companies with processing loan agreements following approved banking & State guidelines.
- Follow up and insure receipt of requested documentation on timeline to insure submission of file to underwriting.
- Provide clerical support to salesmen with completion of sales paperwork.
- Additional duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills is required
- Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
- Exceptional written & oral communication skills
- Ability to multi task
