Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX (Bedford)
Salary: $40-50k/year (Depending on professional experience)
Skills: Social Media, Content Creation, Marketing Degree

We're a web services company operating web-based businesses. We're constantly growing and looking to expand our team. Hence, the need for someone like you. We're currently looking to hire a full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team and focus on our online dating website.

What You Will Be Doing

- Work with existing online affiliate partners to buy their web traffic and promotion efforts
- Recruit new affiliate publishing partners
- Manage partner needs including deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup, general client support
- Provide a continual flow of feedback to affiliate partners
- Review new potential offers and provide feedback to team
- Interface with operations, accounting, technology and sales to ensure partner needs are taken care of on a regular basis

What You Need for this Position

Must-Have Skills:

- An interest in Affiliate and/or Digital Marketing
- Social Media experience (Professional or Internship)
- Great Communication & Adaptability skills
- Detail-Oriented
