Grace Physical Therapy is a leading provider of rehabilitation services and we are currently seeking a talented Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant at Grace Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or conditions that affect their physical abilities. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help them regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history, movement, and physical abilities to determine an appropriate treatment plan
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for improving their physical function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
- For Physical Therapist: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- For Physical Therapy Assistant: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Current, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for helping patients and providing quality care
