Job Duties:
- On-boarding new team members (train up top techs to on-board, oversee the process, dedicated oversight of techs freshly launched)
- Promote and enforce Radiant standards (workmanship, service, trucks, appearance)
- LMA (Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable) including 1:1s, team meetings, disciplinary action, etc.
- Consistent involvement in Radiant sponsored & team building events
- Sales Ability - Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
- Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
- Sales Coaching - Understands the deep impact of a proper sales process to achieve a high customer serve rate.
- Drive to Win - tenacious and works hard to get the job done.
- Available “24/7” for phone coaching (on-call rotation between department managers)
- Work with dispatch manager to make sure the right technician goes to the right job, review team schedule, and for continued improvement opportunities
- Consistently provide service & sales performance support to the techs via ride alongs, site visits & coaching calls
- Assist Drain & Sewer Director with price book modifications
- Oversee customer issue resolution: including site visits, oversight of repairs, phone call follow up, hand off to Finance for insurance involvement
- Act as a Service Technician or Sales Advisor, as needed, to maintain budget & productivity
What you need:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 3+ years of management in the plumbing field; Familiar with all aspects of Residential Plumbing phases
Computer Skills: Highly proficient with all Microsoft platforms. Must be able to accurately type with 40 WPM average. Proficient Excel skills
Certifications & Licenses: Plumbing License of Tradesman or greater
