Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated D365 Functional Analyst who will support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Working closely with business teams and IT counterparts, the individual will participate in the design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting and resolving D365 related issues, including user requests, configuration, deployment, training and administration of environments.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Broad technical experience with MS Dynamics D365 is a must
• Demonstrable understanding of business processes as they relate to D365
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Demonstrable commitment to quality, accuracy and validating work product
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface directly with business users
• Team player, as well as work independently
