Creation – Formula Administrator

This job performs administrative aspects of formula management and compliance including formula checks, initiating formula transfer for commercialization to support business opportunity. Drive modifications in consultation with creative staff, regulatory and manufacture to ensure business continuity. Archive inactive formulae to reduce complexity.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure formula security and confidentiality.
• Prepare formula files for transfer to affiliates/central database.
• Revise and update formula in the system as needed, for compliance or per design change.
• Generate and develop appropriate reports to manage raw materials, material changes and status. Update cost book and provide cost to Creative/Business as needed.
• Work closely with perfumers to ensure that product development guidelines for certain applications are reflected in the formulae.
• Maintain technical manual, archive formulae, and perform other related duties as necessary.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or other related discipline, with 3-5 years experience in formulation or in a supportive role is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Possess excellent communication skills. 
• Basic Knowledge of IS (Master Data entry) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fragrance industry experience - working knowledge in QC, Application and Creation is a plus!
