This is a groundbreaking opportunity for an experienced Sr. Product Analyst (5 - 7 years) to contribute to and drive the success of our transformative Member Management solutions. You will be a key player in the Product Management team and help drive data-based decisions for product design, development, delivery, and support. You'll have the chance to work on cutting-edge technology, and make a real impact on health plan operations, and be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
If you're:
- An experienced product analyst with a proven track record of successful delivery and support of product initiatives working collaboratively with Product
- Experienced in working in the payor healthcare market
- Skilled with technical aptitude and have prior experience working in relational database environments
- Passionate about product development and possess a strong product intuition
- Skilled in querying and analyzing data, planning, and creating dashboards, evaluating feature alternatives, and providing product leadership to internal and external customers.
- Strong communicator with a talent for collaborating and being part of a cross-functional team that creates products to serve health plans with their member management and regulatory processes.
- A champion of providing impactful product results to meet user, regulatory, and business needs.

Here's what you'll do:
- Gather and analyze large amounts of information to discover and develop insightful recommendations as part of the product roadmap lifecycle.
- Instrumental in evaluating and defining product success metrics.
- Enable monitoring key product metrics and system health, understanding the root cause of changes in metrics.
- Serve as product specialist in understanding product solutions and how to best solve everyday issues to support customers' needs, as well as suggest new features that can solve ongoing ones.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to improve product related process efficiencies.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards with CMS in relation to Enrollment, Billing, and Reconciliation chapter guidance.
- Provide product technical level knowledge to support internal and external customers needs, this includes escalations, operational, and training product related items.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in the Medicare Advantage space.
- Understand Agile methodologies and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands on experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Possess advanced SQL skills, intermediate to advanced understanding of database architecture, and other relevant, advanced technical skills and understanding.
- Are a data-driven decision maker with a knack for problem-solving.
- Experience working with Health Plans.
SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $145,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
