Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and outgoing professional to fill the Business Development Liaison position. The ideal candidate will be a team player and possess the ability to generate new patient referrals. Your ideas and business development efforts will be highly valued, and we aim to have a positive impact on our team members to help our company grow.
Salary: $60 - 72K
Qualifications:
* Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a positive professional business image.
* MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and occasional weekends to attend functions and events.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, outreach or related roles, strong communication, presentation, and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Identify referrals and manage newly generated lead sources.
- Regularly meet and inform the management team, clinical team, and service team of new hospice referrals.
- Educate referral sources (healthcare personnel) about our hospice services.
- Attend networking events representing our agency and arrange presentations.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare delivery team who are focused on patient-centered care and your success in your organizational role.
- Track networking efforts and review with staff coordinators regularly.
- Make calls on referral sources, manage relationships, and obtain hospice referrals.
- Identify opportunities and create informal, formal, and contractual relationships with physicians and facilities/organizations and work in conjunction with clinical and operational teams to ensure that the therapy care continues to grow over time.
- Conducts marketing activities, including collaboration with management in the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
