Job description

Meta for Work is a part of Reality Labs and focused on transforming the way people work through the power of VR, MR, and AR experiences. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and teams for our portfolio of work solutions (Quest for Business, Horizon Workrooms, and Workplace). In this role, you will lead all marketing efforts for Meta for Work, directly manage a team of integrated marketers and brand strategists, and lead the greater cross-functional teams responsible for all aspects of our marketing. Your team will be responsible for defining global marketing plans for the portfolio, defining brand fundamentals, partnering with XFN teams to lead best-in-class go-to-market, and leading the development of breakthrough global integrated marketing programs and campaigns that deliver against business goals. Our ideal candidate is an accomplished marketing leader, possesses sharp strategic and creative instincts honed at the world's best b2b brands, has experience demonstrating short-and long-term effectiveness and efficiency, and has a proven ability to build, support, and inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing team to do the best work of their careers.
