Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

An individual who has completed personal care training and is competent to perform assigned functions of personal care to the client in their residence. This position provides 1:1 supervision for safety and assistance to the client in activities of daily living to maintain the client in their home. Personal Care Assistant Compensation and Benefits: Personal Care Assistant Responsibilities: Personal Care Assistant Requirements:
  1. Must have HS Diploma or GED
  2. Must have completed personal care training program and competency. May receive on the job training.
  3. Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
  4. Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
  5. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
  6. Must be 18 years or older
  7. Must have valid license and auto insurance
