Join our Team - Be a part of the Premiere Landscape Company in Clark County! You will learn to understand and correctly execute professional landscape procedures as part of a team. • Creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for people to live, work, and play • Landscape Maintenance: mowing, edging, weed control, pruning, raking, and cleanup • Lawn renovations and new lawns • Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers • Installing soil, bark, and rock Entry level starts at $18 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits: • Paid time off available: Sick Pay, Paid Medical Family Leave, and Vacation • Paid education and training available • Company uniforms provided • Team Building Activities that celebrate the PNW • Grow and develop with a growing company? Responsibilities: Some of the projects where we need your expertise: • Landscape Maintenance: mowing, edging, weed control, pruning, raking, and cleanup • Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and gas-powered machinery such as mowers, edgers, aerators, blowers, etc.; larger equipment is a plus • Are strong team players - can complete tasks individually and within a team concept • Love being outdoors - working outside and staying in shape • Tolerate working in all kinds of weather. Rain, wind, hot, cold, and everything in between • Want to make a difference in their community • Focus on excellent customer service • Are able to pass a drug screening and support a drug-free workplace • Want to grow personally and professionally with a growing company • Believe that Success is Found in Service Qualifications: We are looking for people who: • Value Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Teamwork, and Quality • Are Team Players and Coachable • Want to develop and grow into leadership positions • Are able to understand and follow instructions • Create beautiful landscapes for people to live, work, and play • Work independently or as part of a team • Are available Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5 pm • Valid and current Driver’s License • Reliable transportation About Company: We are a growing company and service SW Washington - most of our clients are in the Vancouver area. Our clients are Homeowners Associations, Residential, and some commercial. We provide landscaping installation and maintenance as well as irrigation services.
