Position Overview:

As our Chief Operating Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future. Working closely with the CEO, you'll drive our operational strategy, translating big-picture visions into actionable steps. Your leadership will ensure our team thrives in an inclusive culture, achieving our goals while staying true to our mission. From overseeing day-to-day operations across all locations to ensuring we're compliant with regulations, your work will be central to our success. Together, we'll build lasting relationships with our community, setting the stage for growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute our strategic vision.
Enhance internal operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Spearhead operational planning, performance management, and team development.
Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, maintaining operational excellence.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing our community presence.
What We're Looking For:

Required:

A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (Master's preferred).
Over five years of experience in executive leadership roles.
Exceptional leadership qualities, integrity, and the ability to inspire.
A keen understanding of business planning, regulatory issues, and performance metrics.
A personal commitment to our mission, with a strong alignment with our faith-based values and inclusivity policies.
Proven ability in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and managing change.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Preferred:

Fundraising experience.
A Master's Degree.
