Job description
Day to Day:
– Provide helpdesk support within an enterprise environment
– Analyze ticketing system backlog and ensure issues come to resolution based on SLAs and escalate to proper IT staff member as needed
– Supporting 5 plants in Duncan – travel could be around 15% local to Duncan
Required Skill Sets:
– 3 years of experience in a service desk position preferred
– Computer Imaging
– Windows 10 / 11 Operating system
– Experience with enterprise ticketing systems
– Basic O365 experience
– Strong Customer Service Skills
