Job description
Seeking a Healthcare Recruiter (Contract) to recruit and attract talent for clinical roles for a Healthcare technology company based in New York City.
Details:
Hybrid role (2x a week in office)
MondayFriday 8:30 am 4:30 pm
$30$40/hr contingent on experience
69 month contract position with potential of conversion or extension at the end of the contract
The ideal candidate must have 2 years experience recruiting Registered Nurses Social Workers and Behavioral Health type roles.
Must be selfsufficient and savvy as well as a good communicator to stay on top of hiring managers. Knowledge of Application Tracking System a must along with utilization of social media and talent platforms to attract and hire talent required.
You are experienced and have proven success:
- Sourcing recruiting cold calling prescreening to identify top talent
- Developing a network of candidates
- Boolean searches through social and hiring platforms to qualify candidates
- Delivering qualified candidates for the healthcare and technology industry
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years experience full cycle recruitment
- ATS system or HRIS system knowledge
- Use of social platforms and hiring platforms to source talent
- Experience with high volume recruitment required
- Ability to work fast absorb and digest feedback offer suggestions and pivot quickly
