Job Description
The Senior Technology Manager reports to the VP of Strategy and Business Operations, focusing on driving organizational growth through full-cycle technology initiatives. Their duties involve supervising the technology infrastructure to guarantee its efficient and secure operation, in line with the company's strategic objectives. This individual, characterized by their organizational skills and attention to detail, comprehends the pivotal role of information technology in the organization's functionality. They possess the ability to pinpoint IT necessities and suggest and execute appropriate solutions.
Applicant must be open and able to travel to all three NYPCC outpatient Child and Family Mental Health Clinics located at:
- 2857 Linden Boulevard, Brooklyn, NY 11208 (East NY)
- 102 Pilling Street, Brooklyn, NY 11207 (Bushwick)
- 579 Courtlandt Avenue, Bronx, NY 10451 (Bronx)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify technology-related opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Drive technological innovation and integration to enhance business efficiency.
- Oversee the Network & Systems Administrator, Help Desk Support and RPA Developer to ensure high performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology initiatives, including networks, systems, and software applications.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 6-8 years of progressively responsible leadership and project management experience
- Expertise in technology, including cloud computing, software engineering/development, project management, and data architecture
- Experience in strategy, project management, vendor and account management, internal product development, and customer experience
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience working with small groups and interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office, SQL, CRMs, and social/digital platforms.
- Maintains a positive attitude and is friendly, upbeat, and has a great “can do” personality
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to agency operational requirements

- Able to establish and sustain professional boundaries with all staff
- Experience in conducting conflict resolution meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management skills
Additional Information
Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year
Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications
