PlatformQ Health is the leading provider of interactive digital medical education and engagement tools for healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers. PlatformQ Health produces digital health education programs to patients and providers across a range of therapeutic areas. The Marketing Analytics Associate will leverage data and analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data and report program performance to internal and external stakeholders. Data delivery will include ad-hoc analysis and standard deliverables that contain raw data, aggregate data, and program learnings.
The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in turning data into actionable insights and representing simple to complex data visually. The role will include interaction with the marketing team, data team, and external partners.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collect and organize data from various sources such as partner portals, internal databases, and various third party platforms.
- Track the performance of digital education activities and marketing campaigns run through a variety of channels.
- Prepare user-level, aggregate, and performance analysis reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Address discrepancies and inaccuracies in reporting deliverables and processes proactively.
- Work with our data team to identify and build automated reports creating efficiencies amongst internal teams.
- Create reports and dashboards that present data in a clear and visually appealing way to communicate marketing program performance.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and technologies, as well as advancements in data analytics.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working in online marketing, online media performance, reporting and analytics, or research
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and analytics tools/software
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques and tools a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience or knowledge of pharma a plus
- Coding skills in R/SQL/Python a plus
