Responsibilities

• Graduate from our dynamic 90-day PLACE Launch
• Execute proven PLACE lead generations systems
• Consult with buyers and sellers, create relationships and help them find/sell their dream home
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Use proprietary PLACE Technology to track tasks/activities to build a consistent flow of business
• Become skilled at prospecting and lead generation activities that turn into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Develop expertise on real estate conversations including pricing strategies, deal structure, investing and wealth creation

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Willingness to practice scripts/dialogues to develop your communication skills around real estate
• Commitment to treat your business like a job, show up every day and stay until the work is done
